ok first of all, one word for denzel in training day...

jesus, he really pissed me off in that movie. waaaay too much overacting, it was silly, i was honestly laughing at some of the parts...ESPECIALLY the king kong part. who the says that? that was stupid.

and i still can't believe i've never seen Boondock Saints...i have no idea what it's about but from what i gather, it's a classic, like the usual suspects or something. did quentin do that film or something?
oh yea and good call vlad on jim carey in eternal sunshine...i always forget to list that movie when i talk about my favorites...i loved that movie! haha "why is it that i fall in love with anyone who pays attention to me?" lol
oh yea, and lira, i would definitely check out some of those films. i like to keep an open mind. i've never really dipped into the foreign film world...you dont have to go to any great lengths to hook it up though, i could always find a video store that has them. i'm sure blockbuster would, i think they have a big foreign film section...but whatever you want to do. |
