Lol lacks function. Mac laptops on pc ones, other than for gaming in which case buy a cheaper pc desktop. For professional applications Mac is where it is at. Do you see most major animation studios running pc's. nope. how about most graphic design firms. oh not that either. what about recording studios. oh thats sad not there either. what about djs playing out live. oh oh wait not there either. Hmmm do we see an emerging trend here. Yes Macs are more reliable and better for professional applications. |
Sorry, are YOU a animator? Is the poster an animator? I guess not.
What car do you drive? Not a Ferrari F1? Well jeez, formula 1 drivers have to use them, so I guess they are the best idea for everyone - nevermind that they aren't road legal and cost millions each.
How does it feel to be so blindly defensive of something that you end up making no sense at all?
Idiot. |

Doesn’t sound like a matter of personal preference to me, it sounds like enforcing a minority view on people though listing various professions who would need to use a Mac for their job. Well pilots use jet planes, farmers use tractors and highway patrolmen use motorbikes in their jobs – but none of these vehicles are very practical for the weekly shop, nor do they represent the best value for that purpose. So, Mac’s at two to three times the cost of the PC (notice I don’t say Windows) alternative, and incapable of running much of today’s software are not an option for the regular user, assuming he or she is sane. |
