i think there are better restaurants in ft. lauderdale than miami to be honest.
there's a seafood place in ft. lauderdale called the 15th Street Fisheries and they're pretty decent. king crab legs are like the size of baseball bats and sooo good! :crazy: |

and i'd love to check out more restaurants in FL, I'm a huge seafood buff (being that I'm chinese I grew up eating it) so I'm definitely open to baseball bat sized king crab legs, just that they kinda remind me of the deadliest catch....then i wish my plate was the size of those pots they pull up =P |

dont get get me started on italian food.
my latest favorite dish to whip up is penne with some cooked chicken pieces and marinara (just grab some jarred stuff like prego if you dont have time to do homemade sauce) and a big glob of ricotta cheese to top it off with some toasted garlic bread and salad and wine.

the salmon and duck @ blue chili (one of my fav nyc rest.) is pretty great too!
