i am on my second slice right now :toothless

upstate new york pizza sucks! they dip it in blue cheese dressing. eww.

another thing. You do NOT eat pizza with a knife and fork.

i like mushrooms on pizza sometimes...

but my fave one now is taco pizza with sour cream, tortilla chips, cheese, spicy chicken and a spicy type of pico de gallo. it's good!

it drives me crazy when i see people eat pizza with a knife and fork. all i can ask is WHY?

maybe they are the type that gets self conscious eating in front of other people and they don't want to get sloppy? that's my best guess

yes. When im eating pizza at a nice restaurant with other people, ill use knife and fork. If im eating papa johns at a friends house, i won't.

anyways, seafood pizzas are awesome! shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, mushrooms, calamari and Mozzarella cheese and maybe some spinach.

yes seafood pizza is good! i'm waiting to try a scampi shrimp pizza or a fried shrimp pizza...spinach is ALWAYS good (not the frozen shredded spinach though)

pizza sauce is just that - pizza sauce. sweeter that spaghetti/marinara sauce, because a lot of sugar is added, and more oregano than probably any other sauce i've ever made, as well as a mixture of tomato sauce and puree.

hawaiian pizza is typically pineapple/ham/maraschino cherries, but sometimes black olive are substituted for cherries. no ing pineapple on my pizza.

my favs:

- chicken wing (my creation): bbq & frank's hot sauce base, chicken - wing meat (wings deep-fried 6 min @ 450, cool in freezer, strip meat)/mozz & cheddar cheeses
- chicken club: sauce base, chicken, bacon, red onion
- steak: olive oil/garlic base, steak/onion/mushroom/hot peppers
- taco: light sauce/hot sauce base, taco meat, hot sauce, cheddar & mozz cheese, lettuce/tomato/onion/black olive
- plain cheese, thin crust
- EVERYTHING (no pineapple)

and yeah, most places save money by calling their "new york pizza", but only using half the dough for a super-thin crust
