Ghana started out respectless and played very good in the first 20 minutes where they had some good chances.
Italy started very shakey and didn't impress at all, but after a while when they started playing a little better, they had the chances.
Luca Toni hit the crossbar, great performance to even get a shot out of that situation. True Luca Toni style.
Ghana had some chances to open up the score with, but they didn't manage to get any shots on goal, which also lead Italy to a goal after bad marking on Pirlo after that corner, great shot by Pirlo and 1-0 for Italy.
Daniele De Rossi started out very weak and got a early yellow card, he should be happy that he wasn't sent off after a bad challenge on the midfield. Ghana got the chance to finish off that attack, but the referee really should've booked De Rossi a second time.
Like I said before, Ghana's goalkeeper Kingston looks really shakey and is really shakey. He could be Ghana's fall.
I also want to give Appiah, Muntari, Gyan, Essien, Kuffour and Mensah a lot of credit for their work, especially the two last players, They've been terrifick so far. |

I missed the first half hour. But from the last 15 minutes in the 1st half it was pretty obvious Italy is doing a great game. Toni, Pirlo, Totti  . Good long shot goal too (poor opposition from the defence tho). |
