don't "feel bad" (worry about him getting fired) for him. just report it. he makes you feel bad why should you care what happens to him. no respect deserves no respect.

I remember when I worked at Wendy's one of thr managers (who was 11 yrs older than me) had a crush on me....well basically he was infactuated and would always throw comments here and there and frankly it was more funny than creepy b/c he never acted upon his feelings....like he never asked me on a date or anything..(maybe b/c he knew i had a bf then..who knows)

but a lot of the girls got pissed b/c they thought I was being "treated" differently then the rest of them (he would let me extend my smoke breaks if he was outside having one..gave me decent shifts..etc.

Honestly though if it ever did get out of hand or creepy I would definately do something about it...b/c I definately cant tolderate feeling creeped out ona daily bases at work....it just sint right.

I would rat the ****** out Lars :wtf:

By the time we got back to our hotel, we found a trail of his clothing leading to his hotel room (we had to go in there to get keys to our trucks) and he was lying there in bed, passed out, no clothes on, and a porn in the background. We took photos of course (we were a little drunk by then) and left.

At my company, the intranet HR site clearly spells out the company's policy, as well as the exact steps to make in the case this event occurs. If yours is a large company, I'm sure you'd have a site as well.

Larissa - Sexual Harassment - be it verbal or physical - at the workplace is a serious offence and does need to be addressed immediately! Do not let this situation get out of hand where it's his word against yours. you need to protect yourself. i would advise you not to approach this person anymore. you've done it once and that should have been enough to get the message across. since he doesn't seem to have received the message you should go to HR and find out what the in-house policy is. inform yourself and be on the ball!

here's a very good website where you can gather some information and inform yourself of your rights and obligations. what RJ said, to document everything, is right. this is also detailed on this website.

Ontario Women's Justice Network ~

as a last resort, if the situation spins totally out of control, file a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission for legal action (unfortunately, it is a lengthy and arduous process but worth it).

That sucks preppie chick :(

I really have nothing to add; everyone else who mentioned taking note of the time, date, etc. are right.

You certainly don't want to be in yet another ackward situation with him trying to prove yourself either!
Good luck with this!
