Even if there was a huge ass blinking sign that said Make U Turns Here he would still be at fault for the accident. |

| Even at the Uturn signal you find at some intersections? I don't think so. Its a green turn light - there is absolutely no reason why the motorcycle would be passing through during that signal period. |

There is no U-Turn Signal at any intersection I have ever been at....maybe a left hand turn signal but not a U-Turn signal. The fault rules still apply - you make left and get hit you at fault. If the other party is charged then you may fight the at fault ruling. |
