Ha! This is starting to get REAL interesting. I talked to our insurance co and guess what the report from his insurance co said? THAT THEY HAD BROKEN LEGS AND FRACTURED RIBS! I kid you ing not! I asked the lady to repeat it twice. This is SUCH bull! The bike didn't even roll and they LITERALLY didn't even have a SCRATCH on their bodies! Literally! They called the cops themselves and SAID that there were NO INJURIES! Then two cops came and BOTH saw them and they were FINE! This blatant bullting can't be legal, can it? I wanna have the charged.

Also, it looks like the cop did the report on the scene, and we were found guilty (in the crash) and charged with "starting not in safety."

Bull. Two cops as witnesses that there were no injuries. Plus i bet 911 has a copy of the call they made. And uh... xrays? Hospital reports? Is he gonna pull that out of his ass?

You can have fractured ribs and not know it until you move a certain way. Perhaps they're just hairline fractures that they have. If they weren't wearing gear and ing nailed your car and flew off a motorcycle onto the ashphalt, I'm pretty sure there are going to be injuries.

I'm betting on hairline fractures.

as much as I love a good fight, I want one piece of info before I throw Diabolic to the fire, and I dont see it answered clearly.

Was the motorcycle traveling in the same direction as you, or opposite?

Also, why did traffic have to let you in? If you had a signal, you had right of way, which means the other traffic wasnt letting you in, they were obeying signals.

pretend were the police report. You were making a left hand u turn when a motorcycle traveling in in XYZ direction in respect to you hit your vehicle *where* you said door, but drivers? passenger?

what im envisioning is something like this. You were making a left hand u turn. A vehicle heading the other direction was making a left turn, but couldnt because of oncoming traffic. You see a stopped vehicle so think you have room. A bike behind the car making a left sees the stopped vehicle in front of him, changes lanes to keep heading down the road. You, not seeing the bike, pull in front of him, and he hits your door.

if thats the case, you are certainly @ fault. In fact the only way I can see you not being @ fault is if the driver was heading teh same direction as you, and you were turning from the correct lane, which would mean that the bike hit you on the inside of the turn as he was coming up the inside/outside, and if thats the case, he deserves to be hit.

but im betting its something more like scenario #1, because that expalins more of the details youve given us.

ps you are fukt

oh yea, and fractures wouldnt be "seeing" injuries. They would be sore, but who wouldnt be, htey just crashed. When the adrenaline drops, the aches turn to real pain and guess what, cracked ribs are soooo easy to get, and a pain in the ass to get rid of.

wait, you want the guy who

-admits to speeding
-admits to racing on highways
-is in a crash (potentially @ fault)

you want this tool on the roads? By now, I would HOPE his insurance is prohibatively high. For the rest of us who have to drive along side him, I sure as hell hope.

Yes, that's a good idea.

Dude.
I wasn't thinking logically rather emotionally. Car collusions suck ass - whether it's your fault or not
- dealing with insurance people are a bitch.

It's times like this I'm glad that if somebody hits my car, it's gonna be written off, and I won't care. I think.
