Totally agreed. Doom3 is among one of my personal favorites, and BF2 is good...just annoying as hell when you die, is all.
Inconspicuous
Mechassault (whatever version came with the Xbox for a while)
Every version of MLB Slugfest (NFL Blitz...but for baseball :wtf: )

A friend of mine also bought "Mario 64" in Lebanon a long time ago...Mario 64 is great...but this was for Gameboy & came out well before anyone had heard of Nintendo 64. According to him, it was the most difficult game in history. Looking back, it had to have been a knock-off, but the people who made it were either incredibly cruel or unbelievably incompetent. Apparently, the graphics & gameplay were exactly like the original Super Mario Bros. for the NES, but with about 10X the enemies, wider gaps, & gaps where you had to jump from one 1-2-pixel platform to the next to get across...while also avoiding jumping/flying enemies. He says he got to level 3, and still considers it his greatest gaming accomplishment (despite being ranked in the top 250 in the world at Halo 2 at one point).

So yeah...that's probably a pretty bad game.

Here's my reasoning behind disliknig those three games.

BF2: I played BF1942 and BFV in competition. I played those games for a long time. When BF2 came around, I tried it. I was dissapointed though there really was not much innovation and new stuff to make it worthwhile. Also, I am very dissapointed with the way that EA is handling the BF series. BFV was never fully fixed whe nthey started working on/releasing BF2. Now I see them promoting BF2141 and I've heard nothing but complaints about the bugs in BF2.

Doom3: I was really looknig forward to this game aswell. I had been hearing about the engine it was running on and how great it would be. I played it with high hopes, and was let down. After the first few levels, it became very boring and repetitive. There was not a lot of level-design changes and the monsters weren't really that scary. If the game had changed it up every few levels, I think I would have enjoyed it more, but I just got bored. I will say that I did actualyl play through the whole game, so it's not as if I don't know what I am talknig about.

Quake4: Yet another game that was hyped a alot and I was looking forward too. I could have cared less about the single player as I was looknig at the multi-player aspect of the game. I was also dissapointed. There were not manyt servers online to play on and the ones that were up never had many people in them. I kept trying to play but after a month or two, I uninstaleld the game. I had talked to people who kept playnig for a few months afterwards and said it was hard to find games. I've heard that all thepro-players do not like it very much and that is why Quake3 wil lbe coming back next year in the pro-tournaments.

C & C Renegade

So wanted to like this game. Seeing the C&C world in first person was cool at first, until the buggy gameplay got to you. Got to a level that was so poorly designed it drove me to uninstall the game.

Earthworm Jim was good at first but when you couldn't advance any further cause it got so damn hard, it just got annoying as hell, so I agree with you on that.

Still the game was very comical. I LOVED the 2nd stage BGM (background music) with that classic yell. :stongue:
Moongoose
Also Jurrasic Park would have to depend on they system it way played on as it was wery different on different ones. I loves the side scrolling action on the sega megadrive version but the top wiev version on the snes/gameboy was way to boring for me to play for more than 10 minutes.
