I think Alanis is brilliant. She did a good job with a parody on how horrible today's pop music lyrics are.

I don't doubt that she's brilliant. Her songs are great and she definitely has talent. There's just something about her voice I don't quite like though. Not enough that I won't listen to her music, but when she holds long notes, I don't like the sound. Looks wise though...IMO Ryan is WAY hotter than her.
