What a great night :) This was my third visit to Famous and I have to say I really like the place! The music isnt too cheesey and there is always plenty to keep you entertained.
Jimmy Van M was great :) I was expecting him to play a little more minimal (he told me earlier in the night that he doesnt play prog anymore) but what we got was prog to me! Farking tough disco prog as I like to call it. I am interviewing Jimmy on Wednesday night for WorldDJ and will post the article on here for those interested.

Loving the new look of the place. I can see much mayhem happening there in the future. :)
Jimmy Van M was damn good - haven't heard a prog set like that (without it being spoiled by that prog-electro ) for ages. Jon Carter was pretty ordinary (although I'm less underwhelmed now that I realise it wasn't Derrick Carter who was playing - what a mong I am :-/) and the locals weren't really my cup of tea, but definitely worth the admission just for Mr Van M.

Last week Leger was AWESOME!!!!!!! Probably the best set I have all year after Jimmy Van M :)
When Leger dropped the Dj Quicksilver remix of Faithless' Insomnia .. The club literally fell apart :D

I am being absolutely hounded regarding Summadayze and Roger Sanchez so the info is as follows...
Summadayze Industry tickets are $95. I have been advised that they will sell out in the next week. VIP tags are being sold.. but only to a selective crowd so if you want a VIP tag contact a promoter .. blah blah blah ;)
ROGER SANCHEZ 3rd OF FEB 2007 4 HOUR SET @ FAMOUS IS A TICKETED EVENT
There will be no guestlists and no promoter deals. 1st release tickets are $40 + bf. You can grab them through ticket master and ITM NOW!!! :D
25th November – Goodwill plus Mischief Afterparty. The ticket price after 3am will be $15. NO PROMOTER DEALS.
