| I assure you all that when tickets go on sale, not only will this thread's page count double...but there will be at least 2 or 3 new threads to announce it. |

Woohoo... I was there. That was the first time I ever saw Sasha & Digweed. That was such an amazing night. Many firsts happened that night. I remember being around 5am and Sasha droped LOVELY DAY. I'll never forget that cuz that's one of my all time favorite songs from the early 90's and hearing Sasha play it was amazing. Up to this date, I still haven't found the remix that he played. That was the first time I also saw over priced tickets. I know I didn't pay more than $25 for mine, but there were people buying them at the door for $80. I'll never forget that either. Such an amazing night.
That year Sasha played many nights here in LA. He played a few times at the Mayan, then he played at the old PALACE. I didn't miss a single one of his shows that year. I used to be a hardcore Sasha fan back then, just like Clovis is now. hahaha but eventually I grew out of it cuz his set began getting boring.
Also, at the time, John Digweed had just been crowned #1 DJ in The World, Sasha was #2, Danny Tenaglia was #3, Paul Van Dyk #4, Oakenfold #5 (Yes, he was good back then) and Tiesto #6. Also at the time, the Pioneer CDJs had just come out and everyone was just trying them and the buzz was on. Several big DJs even said that the death of vinyl was near, but Tiesto got it right when he said that "MP3's are the future, altough that's another 5 years away." We are now 5 years away and it seems like he was right on point.
