You guys are getting a little bit too romantic :nervous: |
For me, there's really nothing romantic about having wine and cheese...
I just rather drink wine over beer (they're both are acquired tastes...but wine tastes better than beer IMO)...and wine gets me drunk :p
Yay for wine...and for cheese...:D :D |

We hold meetings every week or two, where we gather to appreciate, discuss, and of course, consume, CHEESE! We get about 10 new kinds of cheese each week. Sometimes we get special imported cheeses, international cheese, goat cheese, cheese made with vodka, 7-year-old cheddar, green and red cheeses, etc. Every week we vote for the cheese of the week, which we buy more of the following week. Nobody has to be a member... just show up at each meeting, pay the small $2 fee, and consume all the cheese you can! that... and obey the commander in cheese.
Some of the more bizarre kinds of cheese I've had include BORGONZOLLA, RED LEICESTER, GJETOST, DOUBLE GLOUCESTER, etc. We're working on getting some beaver cheese later this year, when it's in season. |

I love cheese... so much that I'm a part of Waterloo's own CAMPUS CRUSADE FOR CHEESE.
Our mandate is simple: This association was created with the intent to preserve and propagate appreciation for all varieties of cheese.

i would so join your club if i went to your school! and i forgot about the fantastic-ness that is double gloucester. yum! haven't had that in ages. and global cheese in kensington sells the most amazing smoked gouda. too bad i'm starting my self-imposed cheese ban today. :( |
