I just grilled up some burgers and sprinkled crumbled Danish blue cheese on top of them :cool:

SAGANAKI
1 lb. soft Kasseri or Kefalograviera cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lemon (juice)
2 tbsp. Pernod
Cut cheese into slices 1/4 inch thick. Place on broiler pan and brush with melted butter. Broil on high 4 to 6 inches from heat until cheese bubbles. Remove from heat. Pour Pernod over cheese and ignite immediately.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve with bread. Opa!

I love garden havarti cheese!
But I find if I eat cheese before I go to sleep I have the worst dreams! Nightmares about friends & co workers! does anyone else get this?.

dunno if this has already been posted or not but Kensington is the only place to be for the fabulous fromage .... my suggestions/recommendations:
- the Straveccio at Mendel's Creamery
- Horseradish Cheddar at Cheese Magic
- St. Andre's at Cheese Magic (might be wrong on the spelling here)
