| actually i was mad hyped, then nothing got played that was exciting, so i left pissed off. i learned my lesson...most likely no more pvd for me. |

Paul utilizes the program for all the right reasons and at all the right times - he'll mix up a vocal from one track with a beat from another (ATRC example), he'll go on a quick and dirty mixing spree and phase between 3 or 4 tracks in just 10 minutes, he'll put a phaser or a distortion unit on a track's breakdown here and there, etc. But he varies all these and brings them in at the right times, not doing it too much - and not too seldomly. He doesn't try to be Zabiella, filling a set with countless tricks, loops, and effects. This works for me, and I truly loved Paul's Saturday set. |

interposing a third track was poorly madeverytime (and very
few can do thathe way isupposed to) he did it was like a fly in
my soup just landed instead of the aroma of succulent spices
and perfectly synchronized melodies i have faith in paul bec i
hear him at his best ex: arc...
honestly i love good glorious and divine electronica but it iso
rare to find an inspiring live sethat captures your total senses
if i were to compare pvd's last performance to a sandwich it
was indeed a heavily marketed effort with mass appeal without
much nutritional value made at mcdonald's |

so are we going to get a tracklisting for this show? i still have a bunch of tracks i wanted id'd that we enver went through.. i have a video of one in particular, but my buddy ruined it by making out with a chick on my camera the entire time, dont want to put all yall through that!

put up the vids/link me, i think i id'd most samlpes though...
u can always use audio recording software, and just save the tracks instead of putting up videos
there is also a crappy recording of 2 hours on sat
