errr, gun registry wouldnt help in this case... Cause you arent allowed to own automatic weapons, period.
So he got them from some face in Kaniwake, or another reserve, brought up from the USA.
Or bought it on the street, either way, no gun debate. |

You're right. Gun registry won't help. If someone wants a gun to commit this kind of cowardly crime, he'll get one. It may become a bit more difficult, but it'll still end up happening. |

in many cases its easier to get illegal weapons than legal ones.
AS sad as it is, its an isolated case.Guns or no guns, Montreal will still be a safe city.The guns have always been there...yet this doesnt and won't happen everyday. |

I found it interesting how watching the coverage on CTV it was covered in a certain way, talking about how the police/teachers were handling the situation, etc...Then flipping it to CNN the first word mentioned is terrorist. "Could this be considered terrorist activity?" "Is this shooter a terrorist?" Commmmme on...It's some wack loser kid whose been picked on his whole life. Lots of people describing the shooter as goth, black hair, the whole thing. Anyway, supposedly all the victims are looking like they'll be ok...Let's just be thankful no innocent people were killed from this. |
