Winter is much cheaper for flights as well usually. For those thinking about heading over from N.America, I took a KLM flight (which I wish I could afford at all times) for only $700 cdn taxes in last February for Awakenings, but it looks like March is a little more expensive in this case. If I can make it to this, I may look into flying out of Buffalo instead. :) |

Holland is like a big city: cheap public transport opportunities everywhere, the distances are usually extremely short (from the US point of view, not from the dutch one ;) ). I wouldn't even hesitate to use a bike. And snowfall? Just listen to Armin's ASOT two days before the event, he announced it the last time snowfall happened in March (ASOT 186 as far as I can remember) :cool: |
