wow i need to get my ass back to holland... the trance scene was fading out when i was there... well maybe not fading out, but it was shaky. armin was about to end his ASOT show on the air, and trance parties at clubs were becoming rarer other than the massive one-offs.
what's the scene like now out there? is trance still big/growing? or is it all housey now? i know hardcore's still big out there too |

not much trance. a lot of house/minimal/techno and of course still hardcore hardstyle |

ah well, the only styles that released fresh new tunes with a different approach the last 1 to 2 years can be found in the house/minimal/techno scene. |

I spoke to Johan Gielen in Dallas on Friday night, and he told me 100% for sure that Trance Energy will be on March 10 this year.
He also played the 2007 Trance Energy theme during his set, and while I'm not sure of the title, I can assure you it was pretty sick. |
