Top 100 Fever
DJ Poll Results to be revealed tonight at Fabric

The time has come to reveal the results of the world's most important dance music poll.
Tonight, thousands are expected to turn out at London's Fabric club to find out who will be crowned the No.1 DJ in the world.
Superstar DJs the likes of Armin van Buuren and Paul van Dyk will play, alongside up and coming DJs such as Sander van Doorn and the Flash Brothers
Plus therell be sets from the Top house, drum & bass, trance, and breaks DJs, plus the Highest New Climber and Highest New Entry.
Entrance to the Top 100 party at Fabric is a fiver, and all proceeds are going to charity UNICEF.
Lesley Wright, DJmag's Editor said: "This year's Top 100 poll was the biggest ever, with an incredible 217,102 votes.
"That's 93,000 more than last year."
Votes were received from 233 different countries this year, and more than 50,000 different DJs were voted for from around the globe.

the guy made a very good album... sold lots of records... did HUGE gigs all over the world and plays popular stuff blended with jammin tracks...
i am very happy for him...

you'd be surprised... a lot of this really depends on where most of the votes come from.. last year was the first time that most votes came from the US and it showed in some results for sure.
Also, some DJs have pretty big campaigns for this poll trying to get support when they are touring.. like Bad Boy Bill..
so yeah.. we shall see when the list gets officially released, but I wouldn't be too surprised if Dan is really up there! |
