EXACTLY! I would rather party wit a bunch of d up asians than alotta other ppl. They do their thing, who cares wat it is . Id say leave the asians alone and try to get rid of the crackheads who walk around tryin to grab girls and harassin them, those are the ones botherin ppl and ruinin the fun!!

| There are cliques with them as we have cliques too. For those that don't know, there is one community that generally keep to themselves, and that's between the back first and second podium walking in through the main entrance, and going to the left side bar. Folks in this are are quieter and keep to themselves. The goups in the front or hang out anywhere else are very sociable. They're in the other areas because they are just like you and I. I've had some great conversations and got to know many that are really cool, and come to the guv as a getaway from their stressful lives and listen to their favourite music, just like many of us. Also you can forget the couch at the entrance of the acid lounge, holing area. Know these areas, and you have a better understanding of where you want to hang out. |

I don't mean to come off sounding racist, by forming an opinion for myself using a race term. I'm only calling it as I see it.
You know what...if I knew better than I would KNOW. But I only know what I've seen for myself.

some of you might be thinking im just saying all this because i am asian. no, i hate everyone equally but i just feel that some of you may be a little too rough on the asian population at the guv. and as many of you probably know, i dont really have asian friends. the asians enjoy a good night out as much as any body else. sure they might have a different way of having fun but thats where cultural differences come in to play and people need to learn to accept it or the world could get ugly.
as for the people that complain about all access events at the guv, sure they are sardine cans but that is only because guv is the only club in the city with so many rooms and has the money to book so many djs in one night to make a massive event. |

i don't know why ppl are so harsh on them. they're just there to have a good time. if you look closely not all the "asians" are ed outta their minds. it tends to be the older crowd. funny thing is, they are prolly equally as ed as the rest of the club, its just that they stand out because they behave a little differently. and if you don't like them, then stay the hell away from their areas of the club, its that simple. i've never had any problems with them. in fact, many of them recognize me and give me smiles and nods etc. and i do the same in return. i actually enjoy dancing in their areas b/c they leave me alone and don't even bump into me. i got plenty of room to dance while the whiners are packed like sardines in the rest of the club. so stay away... i need my space! :D |

I dont think anyones called anyone racist ... or have i missed a post ? u have the rite to have an opinion it doesnt make u racist as long as u have a good reason for it, but other ppl also have the rite to argue the opposite. I dont see the need for anyone to get offended here. |

i dont think anyone called him a racist.
but in response to your statement, it is fine to state your opinion but if the opinion happens to be racist then there is NEVER a good enough reason to back that up, no matter what a particular person has done to you or those that are close to you.
"i hate that chink because he got better grades than i did in math" does not make it okay. |
