Have you just tried calling the hotel directly and asking about it?
Lot's of times companies will make you think you need to book through them but if you call up and say why you are coming (since I doubt oyu have a special password to give them :p), they will sometimes book it for you and honor the rate.
Worth a shot, at lesat.

Yeah, I have called twice... Each time the rep said the Bonaventure is completely sold out. I tried explaining the situation with Giant, but they sware they have heard nothing about Giant or a discount package for the Bonaventure on NYE... :rolleyes:
...and so I wait for Giant to release the 'url' that they promised... :p |

That's funny. I can go to the hotel's website and reserve rooms from Dec 30 - Jan 1 and it doesn't say it's sold out. If I just entered my CC info and whatnot, it looks like I could reserve it!
Although not at a discount. Maybe if you had a promotional code to put in it would show the discount!!
If I put in Dec 31 - Jan 1, it says it's booked. |
