| I don't know why everyone considers this guy Hard Trance. I don't think his is that trancey, or that hard. I also find it hard to enjoy Marcel Woods productions and mixes. Cherry Blossum was horrible, and his remix of Ferry Corsten's "Whatever!" was complete garbage. The only track I like by him is "Advanced". |

| You're an idiot. Marcel is one of the few people who's worth listening to in hard/tech trance these days. His sounds are rough at times, but that's how he intends them to be. |

A LITTLE rough? How about full-on abrasive ear drum damage rough. Advanced is smooth, that's why I like it. "Cherry Blossum"'s melody sounds like nails on a chalk board. |

| yes it does, but the rest of it is so silky, the strings etc. It's about the contrast between the 2 sounds for me |

you cant call him an idiot for not liking him. I dont like marcel woods either his tracks are always to slow and boring for me i only like one or 2 of his tracks i wouldnt consider it hard either or even that techy. |

| Advanced for me was one of the worst tracks of 2005, it sounded like a Ringtone and got as overplayed as you could ever possibly overplay a track. Cherry Blossom was ok if you used it at very specific times, but generally never was. Really don't like this guy, sorry but he seems like a really nice guy in person. |

ur right, if u guys dont like him well thats fine, but if hes not hard or tech, can u tell me a producer that is?
Marcel Woods revolutionized hard-tech trance (along with Mark Norman & Marco V)....this guy is the defination of hard-tech

| I have to say i like his stuff. Im not overly into it but i dont think he deserves some of the bad comments here. His sound is different from a lot of the e out there. You complain about sounding the same then criticise someone a little bit different. |
