No but if someone is wanting to just discuss something like ASOT, and not wanting a debate on if ASOT sucks, then people shouldn't come in and flame them all of the time. It's one thing if one person says something, and the rest just ignore them, it's another thing when a bunch of people get into a flame fest, where all they do is bicker and argue and criticize. It's the amount this happens, not that it wont happen or shouldn't happen. I mean if your discussing something you like with someone and some butts in on your conversation with smart ass remarks, in real life, would you like that? You would want the person to mind their own business. If they do it once, you just ignore them, let it pass you by. If they continue to do it, then there's a problem. And the later is what seems to happen more and more on here..it's not a one or two time thing, it happens almost everyday. |

Uh there's a reason for it. Well for one, I hate to be ridiculed on here or my posts misrepresented. I discussed that in my first post on this thread. For two, it's hard for me to communicate in one or two sentences unless it's just a simple comment.
Let me be clear, i'm not saying there shouldn't be criticizm or opinions on here. I'm all for that, I do that as well. It's how you criticize, how you state your opinion (not flame, attack the thread starter), where you state your opinion (not on threads where people are just wanting to discuss something, and not get into a big debate), and the amount of times you do that. That's all...not telling anyone what to do...just how I feel. |

I give my opinion on this site, as does everyone else, heated arguments start but who gives.
Nobody here will change how I think about music, BUT they may introduce me to music that changes my loves and tastes in music.
Simple as.
Anyone who reads this post shouold agree that if they go any further than this its stupid, with theses 'flames' and such, thread closed imo.
But yes, TA takes it too far sometimes, or maybe its just some of the members... hmmmm |
