I will also admit that 70% of these people were Israelis... so to those people I must say thanks allot for nothing. I mean yes you came to support an artist from your country, but if you want to support him let him focus on and do his thing right for everyone... Show your love after his set in a civilized way or cheer him on from the dance floor not on top of his cd case. I myself lived in Israel for 8 years and in Hebrew there is a word and a term to describe this behaviour: it's called acting like an "ARS" (means poisonous fish or something - no joke). But it was not only Israelis and I will stop there. |
You know what's wierd? I've been to my share of parties in Israel, and the Israeli's DO NOT act like this over there. I dunno if its a 'displacement' thing, a Thornhill thing, a drunk thing, or what.
I'd really like to give them an earful about this negative stereotype they're perpetuating. (and then probably link them to the 'what not to do w/a DJ' thread) ;) |

I'm not familiar with the artists that Lloyd (Lazarus) tends to play in his sets, so I can't think of an exact name to this genre (I guess you can call it synth-pop 80's influenced goth music, something like that).
