Seriously though, I say if it were me I'd just find something to do (not too hazardous or crazy) other than smoking, chewing gum, not thinking about it, but that's just me. I think I could do it cold turkey.

so start then stop... at least you'll look cool while you're doing it.

To quote Justin..

You have to want it bad enough.. if you want to be a non-smoker bad enough it will happen. It is just hard as hell to get there.

I have smoked since I was 14 and half - started that first puff when I was 13, that was 17 year's ago. I have quit so many times and I swear the next time (which will be soon) I will Q.U.I.T. FOR GOOD!~!!!

Right after the blah Tiesto party, I got a ing nasty case of bronchitis which is just starting to finally go away. (1 week my ing ass, eh doc?) Anyway, I'm really getting tired of smoking myself. It's claimed people in my family at relatively young ages (50s and 60s). While I was really hacking, I didn't smoke for nearly 10 days but caved when I went out during the holidays after Christmas. Still, I'm only having 1 or 2 a day and sometimes I go 2 or 3 days without any. It's elmininating those last few puffs that's the real kicker.

Those nicotine withdrawals are worse than I ever imagined though; ing tension headaches, panicky cravings, a slight feeling of being dizzy/stoned, IRRITABILITY big time and ing insatiable hunger. What a horrible drug.
