This is not really a good way of tackling this problem, specially regarding (2): A few years ago, a child here in Brazil said he was sexually abused by his teachers. Hell broke loose, the press crucified the so-called aggressors and, some weeks later, they found out the kid had fantasised about the whole thing.
But, by then, the nursery school had already been closed, and they couldn't just get any of the kids back. |
