oh and xanax, it might sound vain, but i know exactly what you mean about the wear and tear on your body from pregnancy. i'm so little, i can't imagine carrying a child and not getting stretch marks all over and having my body just like fall apart after a child.
i definitely have a very strong nurturing side to me, and i'm wonderful with children and have a strong sense of what's right and what's wrong for them, so i think i would be an excellent mother. but i don't think i'm cut out for the pregnancy part of motherhood, that's all. oh and the first 3 or 4 years of motherhood lol.
but I know that all changes when you get knocked up. i'm sure I would be fine with my own baby if i had one. but when I see pregnant women and i see their big belly, i don't think, "aww" i think, "GEWWWW!" haha like a damn alien is in them. i would be like, "Get this ing thing out of me already" |

yeah, i was gonna say... if someone is raped, the first thing they should be doing is going to the hospital for rape kit, STD tests, morning after pill, etc... not sitting around pondering the positives and negatives of abortion. |

Your argument basically boils down to the fact you believe a life is created immediately upon conception. An ultrasound will not show ANYTHING for several months into a pregnancy. Abortion, at that time usually, is not practiced. Its something that is done at the earliest stages of conception. The pro-choice arguments are no more horse that your own arguments. Like I said initially, its all about when individuals believe a clump of cells ceases to be a lump of cells, and becomes a 'life'. |
