Accupuncture works really well with substance addiction. It was one of the only thinkgs that helped my former clients in therapy. Im thinking that if it works for that kind of addiction, that it might also be useful in smoking.

hey guys! there's a new clinic that just opened up here on Jan 1st in Richmond Hill called Omega Laser Therapy. They used to be normally based only out of Ottawa. http://www.omegalasertherapy.ca/
just FYI they charge about $318.
i've actually been thinking of doing the same. my dentist referred me to these guys b/c friends & family of his have undergone this treatment over the last few years and it has worked with only one treatment. just a suggestion...in case you don't want to drive all the way to Lindsey. ;)

That's really not the point. I quit for 8 months, then went to Miami, and as soon as I sat down at a bar, overlooking the beach, it was over. Sunny weather, relaxation, and cigarettes just go together so well.
Anyways, gl to both of you. I've tried many times, but like they say "don't be a quitter" :p
I've heard that the lazer treatment is bogus.

Though I'm sure the laser treatment might help, if you yourself don't want to quit, nothing will make you. Will power>treatment. But combined they make for an easy quit:)
