That price may not be too much to pay if it actually works. (I guess we'll be able to tell when we see how Dallas and Graham do). But if you think about it, if you continue to smoke, you'll probably be spending WAY more than $318 in your lifetime. |

Yes and no. When I got it in my head that I might want to quit smoking, I had already been smoking a lot less due to how disgusted I was getting with it. I was down to about 3/4 of a pack per weekend from my prime of 1-2 packs per weekend. For a short while after I decided I might want to quit, the amount that I smoked on weekends continued to decrease because of this reason.
The reason I say yes and no is because although my smoking did decrease a bit in the final days of smoking, I wasn't really forcing myself to cut down.
The day I stopped, I remember lighting up a cigarette, taking 2 puffs, and said out loud, "Blehhhh this is ing disgusting!" I threw the rest of the cigarette, and the pack itself into the garbage. Haven't touched one since. Couldn't even finish my list smoke ever, haha. |

well i haven't necessarily had a craving for the nicotine or that crap smelling ciggie - but i do have a cravin just to *inhale* I dunno I am kinda grumpy~bumby, jaw cleanching and I think I need to go clean my whole house tonight when I go home. I left the patio open and it's almost minus 20 outside(oh well). Take care y'all and ya - don't offer any smokes to myself or Graham, cause we have been doing well - 7 hours and counting .. . . .

Very happy you did this as well.
My brother quit cold turkey (6 weeks now) after having a heart attack and being given a choice. Quite or die.
It really comes down to that. Its actually sad that it has to come to that for so many people when we all have the power to do it. |

We actually drove to Lindsay, ON (only 1.25 hr drive from our place, easy peasy) to a place a Triber recommended (its a hair & tanning salon), and she only charges $100!!! 1/3 of what it costs in TO. Worth the half tank of gas to drive up there- between the 2 of them, they saved $400.
Graham did really well yesterday, no issues. Dallas on the other hand.... emotional wreck, poor girl, because she wanted to quit WAY more than Graham did. Hopefully she can stick it out. Comes w/a 30 day guarantee, but I may not be around to drive her back up there. |

He has done amazingly well...and has only tried to murder me once in bed...during a bad nightmare! |

well 4 days and counting, I havent' really had a craving - haven't smoked - just toked and it's past the initial time period for the nicotine to actually physically leave your boyd.
I have some nicorette and Nicoderm patches (2 and half boxes) if anyone wants to buy the patches from me let me know!
ok go!
it's weird to be able to watch an entire TV show on your break and not devote it to smoking and freezing outside!:tongue2
