The only one that really has any significant amount of fat or salt is the soup, otherwise all my recipes are pretty damn good for you - especially the salsa and guac :) |

I say make a 1 - 10 rating you quickly jot down. 10 being very healthy.
I am returded when it comes to health food. So I am kinda confused when seeing recipes. Plus the g/f is going all healthy eatting on me so I dunno wtf to eat now. |

Well, the salsa and guac are basically only made from fresh vegetables, and both have very little salt. The Guac is high in both b and c vitamins, as well as really good kinds of fats (lipids), so I'm pretty sure she'd approve. :)
Salsa and Guac are probably both 9 or 10. |

| Just stay away from hydrogenated fats or saturated fats, drink plenty of water and try and eat 4 or 5 portions of either fruit or veg a day. |
