Some of my signature dishes:
Salt & pepper shrimp lightly battered and fried
Steamed bass/cod/flounder/other white fish hong kong style with spinach and jasmine rice
Beef with string beans in black bean sauce
Thinly sliced seared ahi tuna in a ginger ponzu sauce
clams/mussels in a garlic black bean sauce
Sunday rib roast/tenderloin with a dry mustard accompanied by onion gravy
and my family's secret chicken recipe :toothless |

its funny how everyone thinks their guac is the best. honestly, i think it's because no matter how you make it (as long as its fresh & homemade), ALL guac is the best.
i never met a guac i didn't like. :gsmile: |

I just wanted to say that Im ade the hummus that you posted RJ. I don't like it to begin with so I didn't really appreciate it but I did eat it, and all of it :)
I made the "Spaghetti Puttanesca with a twist of Spain" ( minus the black olives ) and it was superb. |

We should totally do that, film it and send it in to the Food network. They show firehouses, coast guard and such having their own Iron Chef cook off during commercial breaks!
I never, EVER miss Iron Chef on Sundays ;) I was going to be a chef but didn't want to give up my social life... |
