It was such a wicked night. It started off in the KH with Talla 2xlc which was okay. Then at 2:30ish I was finally able to enter the mainroom with ease and thats when I heard some really nice and wicked beats. After Sander K, I headed towards the KH and heard Blank & Jones which were freakin amazing. Then Rank1 came on which was ok. So I headed back to the main room which again was pretty good.
The highlights of the night were BLANK & JONES and MAX GRAHAM!
Talla 2xlc (7/10) --> He played one nice tune I still remember Analog Feel (Rank1 remix) and a few other good tracks.
Sander Klinenberg (7/10) --> around 2:30ish was the best part of the set after that there were good tracks here and there.
Blank & Jones (9/10) --> wow really nice, wicked, and energetic trance.
Max Graham (9/10) --> pretty impressive for the most part with some really nice beats, especially when he took off his watch and went on till 8:15 :tongue2

Figured I'd give the Scumfrog one more chance after the last two or three times he has dissapointed me........
First time I saw him was at System in like 2002...unreal.
Last night he completely blew my mind....So many deadly tracks/remixes....bouncing all over the place behind the decks...great show.
He did lose me for about 45 minutes later on....got cheezy as hell but came back around....
Need to find out his opening track and what the EFF the remix of Daft Punk - Star 69 he played???? Best tune i've heard in a while....

As I read the posts, I def think I would have liked this party better, based on the song selection (COMMUNICATION being the one my heart SANK to when I saw the reviews!!) :eyes: :eyes: no worries tho, babe I had a fantastic time with everyone a couple weeks ago!! The people made the party :) :) I miss you jems and WHY have you not come to visit me, its FREE room n' board,dammit ;) :)

Hahahaha, these pictures suck so much that I am actually embarassed to post them. I was soooo tired, and any energy that I had went towards dancing - not picture taking.
My shooting style last night can be defined as "blurry" lol. :nervous:

I just love all the complaints about $25.00 to see so many great DJs....and these same people will spend $50 to $75 to see Tiesto or Armin.

I have no problem paying $75 for Tiesto if it States $75...
I have no problem paying $25 for Ultraspin 12 if it states $25...
however, all of the flyers said $20!
I didn't budget that extra $5 when I came w/ me...lukily I found $20 on the floor while dancing :D:D |
