They will fine you for the violation, but will only arrest you for being a wiseass about it, which is probably what LP did. Although I do not blame him for being pissed about this, and he does not really take from people from what I have seen.
What next? Are all airline flights over these golden palaces going to be prohibited because the planes make too much noise? Will airline owners be fined and then arrested if they speak up?? Will they also shut down the expressway because the cars make too much noise? Will they shut down the AAA? Will they shut down Ultra? Will they shut down Bayside? Will they do all this to make these idiot condo owners happy? When these dumbs built the condos, and then more dumbs bought the condos, they all knew they were doing so right smack-dab in the middle of an entertainment district. So they have nothing to complain about other than their own stupidity.
Sort of like some going and building a condo in the middle of Iraq right now and then suing the US for making too much noise with the bombs or for leveling it. What did you expect?
And the timing of this right b4 WMC makes it so transparent. Cops got paid off by the condo owners plain and simple. |

Funny, and to think that a few years back the city of Miami gave LP his own day for "breaking grounds and making a succesful business"! LOL!
Politicians are greedy as hell, they want more dough and now that LP is no longer needed,....to the dogs with him!

That about sums it all up. LP has millions, but the condo builders are in the 100s of millions, even approaching billions when you consider the money at stake and what they are charging per unit. |
