Interesting part is that none of the surrounding NEW high rises are done yet.

Sorry, not meant to be taken literally.
What it boils down to is the AAA, Bayside, The Carnival Center, the expressway, airline flights, concerts, etc can make all the noise they want every day of the week, at all hours of the day, and they will never be cited or arrested by the police. Meanwhile Space opens one day a week and the owner and marketing director get arrested over a noise violation on a Saturday night?? It's called selective and arbitrary enforcement of the law, which I tried to show through exagerration. In the end money talks.
And in developing news LP was seen in Hialeah with the mayor working out a deal to create a 24-hour zone in HL. |

I was at Space today doing some work for them. What a mess!! They were making the finals touches to the new patio. It's actually not that bad. You can still see the sun/sky. The outside weather/elements can be felt. So it's still a patio, for the most part. They put up sound proof padding where the hole used to be to keep as much 'noise' in there. I'm pretty sure they will add more fans/ac units to keep the party goers cool.
So the patio will go on....for now anyway....with a new look! |
