I am taking this week off from weight training to recover fully and start fresh. I have not done this in a very, very long time... IT IS SOOOO HARD !!:nervous: |
very tough to do, but great for your mental and physical state to recharge, refocus, and simply rest, and heal. Most of us who train on a regular basis are usually in a constant state of overtraining, its hard not do. To take an extended break will do you some good. |

i've had it tested on several occasions by several different people. i agree that the tests have some possibility of error but it can't be too much.
EDIT: Arney, back me up, haha |
i will back you up!

Totally! I know it is good for me. I'll start back up full force next week. So excited. A new 4 week rotational routine with a 5-day split.
I didn't know what to do with myself this week, all the extra hours I had not being at the gym... |

Really?? Damn. And here I was pissed at myself for missing 2 weeks (which was very easy to do, btw). Guess it makes sense though. |

| Yeah taking a break up to two weeks is essential after about 2 months. You will come back stronger and will be able to break your old personal records. |
