Digweed: Never better or just losing it?

After reading a bunch of reviews over the past year, and listening to sets myself, it seems as if the community is divided on him.
Some say that he is just 'trying to be underground', while I think he IS being underground. Not that it really matters, I just think he is trying to push his sound, and house into a new direction, a fresh direction.
So what do you say?

| Its seems as if most of NYTA loves Digweed (there is a HUGE crew goin for Digweed and MSTRKRFT (sp?) this weekend at PACHA). I have seen him twice in toronto, not in nyc, and he has bored me to tears. :rolleyes: |

This last year I feel like he's recently lost me, I don't think his style has changed necessarily but my taste has...
I just don't have the patience I used to have. |

Diggers is primo.
He can make you "work for it" - but if you do you're rarely disappointed.
The man's technical skill and ability to program are unparalleled and at such a high level that yes - it can blow over your head if you're not watching for it.
This is a bad comparison (cheesy) but it's like upper-echelon art. Sometimes you have to put an effort in to really understand it ("get it"). |

| i saw him with sasha last thursday and I wasnt totally into what digweed was playing ... I thought sasha tho who I normally do not like RIPPED it up! |

Heard a wmc set from this year yesterday.
Don't know which parts were sasha and which were digweed but it was sick! |

people say it was mostly digweed that played the first hour, second hour wasnt broadcasted :/ |
