dont even remember to be honest...what any typical seventh grader would listen to i guess...ed up as it sounds i was into psy in grade 8 and a bit of melodic and vocal trance as well, also had a bit of a taste for ambient too...eventually lost my taste in psy, got into trance and its sub genre's for a few years, and in 2005 i got 20 DVD's packed with sets from all sorts of DJ's...i was listening to all the dj's on there i knew of, and then pulled up a sander K folder, that immediately got me into house music and i never looked back...since then i've also grown to like some drum & bass as well

I still listen to my GNR, Metallica, INXS stuff along with my Punk Covers.

I have a huge variety of CDs to choose from....everything from Kenny Rogers to the Beach Boys to Skinny Puppy to Public Enemy to Tiesto.

I love my country, punk, rock, classic rock, hard rock, heavy metal and my oldies.

It's true though. The only really people I talk to anymore are the friends i've made here and clubbing. I still hangout with my univeristy friends on campus and stuff, but never really anything outside of school...I find myself being no where as close as I use to be w/ them..

mostly rap and hip hop, but I also listened to a little bit of everything else.

Even to this day, you can still find anything from Frank Sinatra to Slayer on my computer. I love almost all genres of music and still listen to it all to give myself a break from EDM every now and again.

If only you've been to the London Pub events...

Strangest thing is, people think that because I go to EDM clubs a lot that means:

a) any club is just like any other, and they don't understand why I refuse to go to some mainstream club even though I go clubbing every other weekend.

b) I will dance to absolutely any music at all. If the DJ goes from Maroon 5 to Ludacris in half a beat, that's apparently just as danceable as the music I hear in EDM clubs.

TRUTH.

I never noticed how bad top 40 dj's, like the ones at campus bars, are until i started going to EDM events. They sit in their booth and hit RANDOM on winamp and hope for the best, it's like "listen, this isn't a high school dance, nobody wants to hear ing House of Pain and if they do, shoot them." UGH.
