I've been thinking of finding myself a nice place to buy some land. Many of the countries that offer good low tax rates to foreign investors tend to be 3rd world holes or have weather that I don't want. No more ing snow for me.
Country must be
-low tax
-not 3rd world and have the luxuries you get used to living in the free world.
-no snow/nice weather
-something interesting about them.
The Bahamas offer great tax cuts for people who decide to move there with a program where you put into government investments and see a guaranteed 4% return. Its nothing, but its tax free.Suggestions? Where would you go and why?

| Texas is like a whole other country and they don't have taxes, just federal. If you really want to set-up shop in another country, I heard rave reviews about Norway. |

| Ibiza! If I ran into money I would definitely buy some land and a house there. Don't know anything about the tax situation though. |

I'm going to Ibiza to spend the summer, but living there would mean i'd be dead withtin a year. Most countries in the European union that are decent are very expensive due to the what euro conversion amongst other things have done.
Someone told me the Arab Emirates is tax free, but a beach with no is as useless as a prostitute with teeth. |
