lol, I had a old lady tenant troll who used to live below our apt and would never step outside. 'Would always bitch at us for leaving the front door open, screaming, "West Nile, we don't want that!" This in downtown Ottawa, even :p
Crime has actually dwindled pretty much everywhere in North America but yeah, this plays into law enforcement policies, anti-gun legislation (that I don't mind so much), the selling of media papers/airtime, internet censorship, etc, when in actual fact, some parent(s) royally ed up. |

| goddddddamn! how the are people so crazy?! i dont understand how these kind of incidents occur at such a higher rate in the states than other western cultures... especially when you consider that at the basic values of the people in these places are very similar for the most part... its such a shame :( |
