Aww, poor Caela. |
You're wrong. "Having it in" for someone is enough grounds for dismissal. You clearly know all about labor laws. |

:stongue: I'm like the opposite of lucky. However, last night I thought my purse had gotten stolen at a party and I heckled some Russians for a half an hour. After "agreeing" to go on a date with one if he found my purse, it MYSTERIOUSLY appeared on the couch. Hm...getting fired/losing a purse in the same day would have really sucked.
Thanks for the kind words guys :) and at least it was a ty job, but no more free chocolate :(

You know what? It's hard to keep your job when a supervisor really doesn't like you. Look at what I mentioned before with one of my coworkers getting the other one fired by fabricating an e-mail. If you really don't like someone, there are ways to get them fired. Too bad I'm not that trashy to do it back. And like I said before, in Vermont, if an employer lets an employee go, THEY DON'T NEED TO GIVE A REASON (or "grounds"). |

haha sounds like vermont is like cali. at will state. they arent required to give a reason. they just cant be doing it on paper for discriminatory reasons even though you know they are.
jenny: the states that pay the most are at will states. california and new york have the highest wages in the nation but are also at will states. |

btw, i bet she got canned for helping herself to too much "free" chocolate. |
