Yes but that's just the point .. alcohol and cigarettes are no less dangerous than any other drugs, but they are legal and taxable.
Why aren't they outlawed when it is proven beyond doubt that these drugs kill people?? The same reason that gambling isn't banned - it creates money for politicians and corporate moguls.
But because pills, coke, meth etc are all underground-type drugs, governments would find it *very* difficult to make money out of taxing these drugs, thus they remain illegal.
Sorry, but I really don't think it's what the drugs do to people that makes them illegal, it's the financial realities of the situation.

Personally i don't take pills but i don't blame anyone for doin it, everyone is responsable for his own life.
I used to smoke some joints when i was younger but i stopped 'cause i was sick of it. |

I think what is affecting the scene the most is not whether an individual injects,inhales or consumes drugs,whether for recreation, an expenditure of mind,to enhance his experience etc nor whether a person does not do drugs out of respect for himself,others,the music,laws and so on...but that they cant respect each other.
This is not always the case but it seems to become more and more common every day,if you can respect your body so much not to do drugs why cant to respect a potential friend who respects his life enough to take it farther an vise versa.I do not take sides in this subject and i dont think any one else should either drugs are a choice,have you ever made a choice about drugs before,chances are you have and if so respect the fact that the people on the other side,that your yelling at made one to.

you have:
1. TOTAL complete junkie, can't "party" without em..cracked up ups
2. SEMI junkies...take up a couple pills/ a tab/ joint or maybe even sum angel dust
3. QUASI junkies...limit themselves to a pill, or one type of drug
4. QUASI-QUASI junkies....half a pill..once a while
5. wannabe junkies....have done it once
6. SOBER person....."music is my drug"

I used to do drugs a lot.
U name it and I took it.
E,acid,shrooms,coke,crack,weed,heroin,mescaline,dex,2-C-T7, MDA,BZP,PCP,K,prescription drugs,salvia,alcohol,morphine/demerol, you get the point.
Ya I was a stupid kid and it is a miricle that I am alive. Although I will never be the same as I once was I devote my life to success. I stopped doing drugs and drinking after my 13th overdose(lucky 13). I was in the hospital covered in piss, , and vomit(all my own), when my mom came in I woke up and I only remember seeing her cry out of the corner of my eye. I don't know why this time but I broke down and started to cry uncontrollably. I knew that it had to stop. I went through my rehab and got my "sane" stamp on my papers. I came home to an empty house. I got a call from my best friend saying to come over so I did. When I showed up, every person I knew was there and we partied it up in style with Carl Craig, and Dj Shocktherapy (two of my bestest friends) on the turntables.
That is my drug story
PS. Many of you probably don't know but I went through all of this while I was a member of TA and some of you unknowingly stopped me from killing myself on numerous occasions. |

I don't really fell like telling the whole story because it makes me sad and feel stupid, so here's "to make a long story short"
One time I overdosed hardcore. The doctors told my mom if she haden't called 911, then i wouldn't of woken up. scariest that's ever happend to me, and i'll never forget it. just be careful people when you do serious drugs. pace yourself
p.s. respects to Electric_Hybrid you got skills to be able to have stoped everthing. |
