I'm not really for or against them. If someone says have a line, I'll do it, if someone gives me a pill, I'll eat it. Dont mind if other people do it around me. Unerstand those who dont like them.
I do have a tendency to go threw a liter of vodka fairly quickly though, and I love my absinthe. |

I forgot to say it only has a change to work in countries with a good welfare system like Holland and Sweden...
The gap between rich and poor in the American society for example makes it impossible to work there.
It's hard to explain in a few lines |

If we just legalize all drugs, most crime will disappear. When we legalize them, using drugs isn't cool anymore. Druguse will go up but we end up with a lot less excessive users.
We could use the money to start educating people. Which also leads to less druguse.
When we legalize drugs, quality will go up which has health advantages. If the government will not put to much tax on drugs, alcohol abuse (the worse drug) will go down.
Think about it
btw: I made a 25 A4-size research about this 3 years ago... |
exactly my view on the subject!
its peoples arrogance towards drugs in the world we arebrought up in which just blanks any sense of logic towards drugs, which makes me sad! :( |

i see your point on welfare...but im not sure its IMPOSSIBLE in the US. certainly im not for a complete legalization, at least not immediately. i think one of the greatest hypocracies in the US is the prohibition of mj tho. with the legalization and taxation of this substance, crime would decrease drastically and the money made from taxes here could SUPPORT a welfare system for everyone. the packaged product would prolly still be cheaper too! late| |

To all the people who say they do drugs but can control it. Admitting you have a problem is the first step to rehabilitation. Come one people, we can get you through it. |
Shut the up. There is a difference between being addicted and being recreational. There is. If you have never taken anything you don't know.
I only smoke weed and drink. Never done anything more cus I don't need to to enhance my mind. I mean, I only smoke 120/quarter weed, so when I smoke, my mind is enhanced enough! lol.
I plan on doing shrooms one time, just to know the experience. No more. Also, Iplan on rollin' 2 times. First time I want to do it in my house with a safe person there, so I know how I react and if I like it. The second time I wantto go to a rave and drop. Someone like Oakey or Diggers. Thinking Digweed on Halloween night may be fun :D
Anyway, if you have a strong enough mind, you can withstand addiction from any drug. Just make sure you KNOW what will happen and make sure that you are willing to take the risks involved. After that, have fun :D |

I think you should all take drugs, the more the better. They are good for you... make you feel better about yourself! Maybe you could increase the doses.... ahhh 1 more pill won't hurt! Here, wash it down with this... I know it tastes like paint stripper, but the effects are amazing!!!! Don't worry if you can't remember anything for a couple days, it's only Friday!!! No school/work til Monday!!!! And the room isn't spinning or closing in on you, it's just the lights! |

hhmm... legalising drugs in America?
I don't know about the US, so I'll stick with my beloved country (Brazil), although I think the following examples can be applied to the US as well.
If the government legalised drug here, the crime rate would drop, however, when one gets addicted, (s)he would do anything to get what he want (i.e. stealing or killing for money). What to do about it? (I hope I'm wrong though)
Also, if drugs were legalised in our countries, we would have problems with our neighbours (as Germany and Belgium often complain about Netherlands) , specially in the US or Brazil, because we live in huge nations, and the production could be massive. (Once again, I hope I'm wrong).
Finally, I don't think American (nor Brazilian) society is ready for such thing, that's all about culture: American society is too "puritan" and we're far too narrow-minded. Actually, I used to have a lot of prejudice against people who use drugs because of my education and the society I live in, but then I grew up and realised that it didn't make sense. And that's something hard to change (specially because this year the TV broadcasted a very long campaign against drugs using soap operas to show that "they're evil"... it may not work for us, but I sure works with most people).
just my two pills :D |

I personally dont do any drugs other than the stuff I get over the counter. There are many reasons for this. For one I've heard about some bad happening to people who took e or shrooms in conjuction with some of the medicine I take, and for another I'm too young to go clubing were I assume they may be fun, and outside of that I havn't had a real urge to do anything. Lastly while I know it is quite rare, I do know people who have gotten really bad trips or side affects from them, and while I know i'm paranoid seeing my cousin in the emergency room after a bad pill I'm just scared as . |

i agree! legalizing = more drugs available = not necessarily less users / but definitely less profit for dealers therefore much less incentive to become a dealer/grower...= less crime.
