Mansion will do just fine. They are gutting the whole building and investing a couple million dollars in renovations. |

I think everyone shouldn't speculate until it opens. It won't be the same format as Mansion Miami. 530 W28th St is the best space in NYC. Everyone has known this for years. |

They have the ability. Having a big enough budget is the only thing that could get in the way of bookings. Mansion has the budget available. |

hopefully not the type of best talent they get in miami. Dirty Vegas, DJ Konflict, and Dj Riz aren't exactly the best talent.
I'm sure this will be mainly a hip hop club in no time. |
