really? that's a rule? (heh can you tell i don't go to many weddings? :p)
i mean i guess it makes sense... but if i wanna wear some white pants and a blue halter top i don't see how that would be offensive or disrespecful to the bride or anything. it's not like anything anyone wears is even going to come close to how beautiful or spectacular most wedding dresses are.
although i'll admit... i'm pretty fashion-challenged, so maybe i'm just an . |

Well, it's the bride's special day. If she wears white AND you wear white and you're cuter than she is, she might not be happy about that which means you might ruin her special day. So so so rude!

Angie, we learned women don't wear white to a wedding (unless you're the bride) and don't wear black to a funeral (unless you're the widow)...
