+1 bro, hands down the BEST system in nyc...my ears NEVER ring the next day, which says a lot ;)
I seriousy have not danced like that since roxy in '02/'03. Locals all destroyed it, Tom C was INSANE, and Steve was flawless and a class act to boot. Hopefully this night helped dispell any concern that Love cant handle a huge night, because this surely was, and we surely did. | YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU!
I forgot to remind u about the shexy dance u and Thomas made up in Philly
WHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHY?????????????
When's the next time u partying ;) I will NOT forget
Euphoria- Like woah :eyes: NYTA ladies got some huge bajungas! woo hoo. |

I had a great time :) I was all over the place it seems. It was a great reunion. I saw so many people I have not seen in quite a while and met some new people for the first time too :) Nice meeting Dani finally haha and Frequency Mike. I am sure I met some others but I was pretty wasted :p The sound was thumping...just the way I like it :tongue2 Lots of great tunes were played. Hope someone starts up a tracklist ;) There were very "interesting" occurances that night to say the least. The vibe was great. I had some great conversations.
Left sometime in the morning then hung out at Wai's for a bit. Got home at 830 stayed awake till 3pm then finally crashed.
Here are the pics:

| It was really great catching up with so many TA's. Yes, Ryan and I still trance out for special occasions ;) Excellent music in both rooms. It was a tad loud in the main room, but it's still one of the best systems in the city just behind Cielo. Lots of tracks made me really nostalgic for the scene about 5 years ago. Great job guys! |

sound system at love is phenomenal. this is coming from someone who is an audiophile. you must get your ears checked if you cannot hear it. |
If for you a sound system is phenomenal because it is loud, yes it was.
The sound was saturated. For example medium frequencies were almost inaudible.
Now i think my ears work perfectly (as a DJ, i'm used to checking them frequently), and i'm an audiophile (i use a Sennheiser HD-25, a Denon AVR-2803 and 4 x JM Lab Focal Cobalt 816S).
To conclude the sound at Rebel was better, a little bit too loud, but this time i took my earplugs. I'm sensitive, and despite i went to a lot of events or clubs in Europe, i'm not deaf. |

Steven - Meredith and I couldn't spin to save our lives...alas the female tag team duo of DJs Day and Night will remain just a dream :haha: :haha: |

Not gonna argue with you because sound is all about preference, but I WILL say I got tested by an audiologist and have 'above average' hearing...heh. I like my Aurum Cantus home speakers, but JM Labs have been good for years.
Oh and Mel, you'll need to convince TOM on the dance, not me ;) |

| Awesome Pics Z. the pics of me didn't come out as bad as i thought lol. I haven't been out in ages but there was no way I was going to miss this night. All the Dj's played a great set i think the locals were better than thrillseekers. Glad to see everyone out again. |
