Friday night was amazing. I got there in time to see Toms set, and he absolutely killed it. I was expecting a night of straight up great trance, and thats exactly what I got. Steve is an awesome performer as well. It was the first time i had ever seen him spin and I am a huge fan of his production work. I was hoping to hear him drop 'Affinity' or 'Circa Forever', i even held up a sign with big letters for him to play it but he didnt get a chance too. But over all a great night. It was good to hang with all you guys as well on friday and saturday.
..and i cant forget to mention that this night will be a night ill never forget. A dream of mine had come true and I want to thank Tom Colontonio for this. I was in a state of mind so indesrcibable so Tom I know i thanked ya already but ill say it again - THANK YOU!!!!

oh man, you probably werent there when Tom closed out because it was the last track he played. I was seriously stunned i didnt know what to do. T Datt knows the feeling - i was there when Sean Tyas dropped 2v2 at Studio Mezmor and Thomas was right there!! Love that tune!!!

without quetion, Friday was one of the best nights out I've had in a long time. Amazing music aside, it was just awesome to seeing so many familiar faces out having a great time.
Steve killed it, despite having some technical difficulty with one of the cdjs the entire night. I really really need to get an ID on a track hplayed...it was probably the most banging track he played all night...it was basically a 138 BPM electro track that absolutely decimated that room around 1:15 or so.
We are definitely going to be bringing Steve back for an extended set later in the year, he was so good. I was just so surprised by how banging he played...I was expecting a more fluffy trance set and he definitely did not meet my expectations...in a good way of course.
the classics phase of the night was just a blast. Myself, Hai Lee and Mike got a chance to play some of the classic tracks that essentially got us and everyone else hooked into this scene.
Mike and Hai Lee will, I'm sure, post up their tracklists for the night for reminiscing purposes...I'll start with mine...

this was easily the best time ive had out since 2002-2003... and DEF most fun ive ever had djing... despite some technical difficulties such as turning off the booth monitor thus causing a complete train wreck at one point...
met some really great people this weekend. I felt like when the locals came on the vibe of the party really kicked up a notch... it felt really good to have all your support... Highlight of the night for me was when i was cueing up my first track and some girl comes up to the booth and says to me... "you better bring it..." lol
