I am not talking about the lame horoscopes you read in news paper or street palmist or cup readers. I can not make you believe in this science unless of course you yourself go through this when you come across one of these people who could tell you what you'd go through in the time to come.
In my family we had totally lost hope of my aunt living through cancer and Bhrigu Samhita correctly predicted that she would die of cancer even before she was admitted to the hospital. It even correctly predicted my uncle killing himself after his wife would die of cancer (he was so deeply mad in love with his wife).
There are something you just can't believe unless you go through.

The wiki does not accurately detail how this is worked out. Bhrigu Samitha requires you to tell your date of birth, location and time. Once determined they calculate and read it from the manuscript. In case if your bhrigu horoscope is not found they fallback to the jyotish (Astrology) which is a mathematical calculation based off planetary position when you were born |

I get how it works. Believe me, I grew up with this kind of thing. You and my mum would have amazing conversations.
What I'm asking you, is how you can consider this belief system to be in any way scientific, because you appear to have qualified it as such, in your previous posts?
I have no problem with your beliefs, but when people start telling me that it's a SCIENCE (again, empirical evidence/statistical analysis would be required for this kind of bold statement to hold any weight), it just doesn't work for me.
It seems like pure faith, and no more realistic (IMO) than an omni-present being watching over us, after creating us all on a whim. |

Jesus christ mang. Ok so you do all these mathematical equations, which give you a bunch of numbers. These numbers then refer to a bunch of unempirical bs some indian made up. THATS NOT SCIENCE.

Now, I am actually intrigued as to what this hippie crap told you... Obviously it didnt say "oh, hi. your aunty is going to die of cancer before she gets admitted to hospital, and then your uncle will kill himself". So what DID it say? My bet is Barnum takes the prize here.
