YOU came up here for Prydz!!??!!

Sucks about it not getting recorded guys.. I somehow completely forgot about that part.

NOW that I hear it wasn't too packed, I regret not going.

They don't give a about guestlists at Pacha...period. Everytime I have ever went there and been on a list I always had to pay full price anyway the the people working the list are so in rude so I learned my lesson and purchased tickets in advanced every time after that.

This is exactly the reason why I swore I would never go to a Made event again. Especially at Pacha. Haven't been back in a while and won't. Plenty of other places to go.

I don't know where these people were who said it wasn't too packed. 'Cause it was packed. Maybe at like 4 or so it cleared out, but before that, it wasn't good.

When i said NYC brings out the best in DJ's i should qualify that statement by saying house DJ's, sorry Trance people, other than Tiesto-and i know that line will make many of u upset, trance DJs are simply better in Europe PERIOD, just listen to a Creamfields set or an Amsterdam set, trance producers play better to "their" crowds, house Dj's always get the floors moving here in NYC, evn Guetta who most of you hate, check out his sets and you will see veryone dancing, just my opinion!

It's always interesting to read reviews of nights because people's opinions differ so much. The friends who I brought to the club all really enjoyed the venue and the music, though they shared similar complaints about the guestlist situation and crowd maturity/behavior. I guess you have to take clubland for what it is, because if you don't go out with the intentions of having a good time and making the night a success, there are plenty of distractions that will get you down.

I personally had a great time DJ'ing downstairs. The vibe was positive and the overall set-up was more than I was expecting from "a basement." Even when it wasn't too busy down there, the people chilling on the couches in the lounge were bobbing their heads and giving good feedback. I caught about 20 minutes of the end of the CORE guys' sets, some proper bouncing underground shyte. The AlterImage boys kept the energy going for their set, while maintining a professional approach. Thanks to all who helped bring me down to play, it was a hell of a lot of fun!

Time to drive back to Boston. Shucks.

He played in DC the next night and it was awesome.

Does anybody know the track list for either of these two shows?

Interesting reviews. We had Prydz the next night here in DC (last night). I have to say that he truly burned the place down. Some people said that he nosedived for a bit in terms of energy but I think there were times during his set that it was actually needed so the placement was pretty on-point because he really banged the out of the place at the end. Left everyone screaming for more. I was a bit bummed because his encore didn't last long. He threw down one track and that was it. I played the same party two weeks ago and ended up ripping for an extra 30-40 minutes.

Either way I was very impressed especially considering he played a ton of I had never heard before. I give it my full stamp of approval.

man i really really wish i knew. i couldn't catch much of anything. he rocked a few of his own tracks: Proper Education Instrumental, Muranyi, 1983.

He also played a track that sampled the vocal of No Good by Prodigy and also Sweet Dreams.

That's all I was able to gather at all.
