it's the high and mighty attitude with which you stated your opinion. GLAD I STAYED HOME WITH A BOOK BLAH BLAH BLAH, as if to criticize those that attended. Even more so when your justification of said point then went into musical knowledge and being a 'true fan'. lol as if
As far as the second part goes, lol they did play new tunes. I think the problem was you saw a couple 'hits' and ASSUMED this was their entire set. |

what the are you talking about - you quoted someone directly who deemed it the worst night ever, added nothing to the response and posted it as your own - yet you weren't even there?

DJs are allowed to play some of their old signature tunes -- as long as there is enough variety in the rest of their set I think it is ok. Further, especially since Dave hasn't been here in a long time it makes all the more legitimate to play some old bangers.
That said, onto pvd now, I don't mind if he plays For an Angel on Saturday -- but -- I do mind if he plays 'We are alive'/'Time of Our Lives'. ugh. |
