I think I'd focus on what was really important. Like the actual movie.

i'm assuming they are showing clips like this one in the movie? or something similar.

i just really hope there isn't a lot of really false logic / ty reasoning behind things, that's all.

Maybe the cellphone was uploading the video via wireless to the internet and that's how they got it. Think OUTSIDE the cellphone. :p
